These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between LuxPropScout and clients of our luxury property selection services in Switzerland. They apply to all offered property services and supplementary provisions. By engaging our services or scheduling a property viewing, you agree to these conditions.
Engaging our property selection services can be done in person at our office, by telephone, email, or through our website. The contract is established upon confirmation by LuxPropScout. For property viewings and specialized services, prior scheduling is required as we limit client numbers to ensure optimal service quality. The right to service engagement exists only after receipt of a confirmation and payment processing, where applicable.
Our services include luxury property selection, property viewings, consultation sessions, and complementary offerings such as personalized property search strategies and exclusive property access. The type, scope, and duration of each service are defined in the current service description or the respective engagement contract. LuxPropScout reserves the right to modify service offerings, schedules, and personnel when necessary for organizational or property-related reasons. If a property specialist is unavailable, we will provide a qualified substitute or offer an alternative viewing where possible.
Service fees are payable in advance unless alternative payment terms have been agreed upon. For comprehensive property packages, installment payments may be arranged. Payment is processed via bank transfer or, in special cases, directly at our office. Prices for specialized services or custom property search strategies are indicated separately and due by the specified date. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to exclude the client from further service engagement or to charge interest according to legal provisions.
At LuxPropScout, we are committed to client satisfaction and excellence in property selection services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 14 days of service completion. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and ensure your property objectives are met. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the following principles:
All return requests must be submitted in writing to info@luxpropscout.com with detailed explanation of the concerns and specific service elements that did not meet expectations. Each request will be reviewed within 7 business days, and we commit to fair resolution that supports both client satisfaction and service integrity.
Current viewing times are available on our website and in service descriptions. We request punctual attendance. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in denied access to ongoing viewings out of consideration for property owners and to maintain service quality. Missed viewings or services cannot be made up or refunded unless expressly agreed upon or individually arranged in special circumstances.
Engagement of our property selection services is at your own responsibility. All personal information and property details shared during our consultations are subject to strict confidentiality. LuxPropScout commits to maintaining the highest confidentiality standards and expects the same from all clients. We request that existing property requirements or special circumstances be disclosed before service commencement. LuxPropScout is not liable for self-inflicted inconveniences or indirect consequences of service engagement.
Properties and facilities must be treated with utmost care during viewings. Property information and materials are provided for the services and included in the service fee unless otherwise indicated. LuxPropScout assumes no liability for personal belongings and valuables. The properties and viewing areas should be left in their original condition.
The content, methods, property materials, and resources provided in our services are subject to copyright. Distribution, commercial use, or publication without express permission from LuxPropScout is not permitted. All clients commit to confidentiality regarding personal information of other clients and property details. Photo, video, or audio recordings during viewings are allowed only with prior consent of all present individuals and the property owner.
Clients' personal data is treated with the utmost care and used exclusively for contract processing and service delivery. Disclosure to third parties occurs only as necessary for contract fulfillment. Further details are regulated in our separate Privacy Policy.
Swiss law applies. The jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of LuxPropScout in Kilchberg, Switzerland.
